Filtration equipment for air quality in archives and museums

Valuable documents are stored in an archive. The Archive Act sets strict requirements for this storage as valuable documents can degrade through light, temperature, moisture, substances, mould and acid gas. Every archive therefore has a legal obligation to optimise air quality using air treatment systems.

ALLSORB Air Filter B.V. supplies a specially-selected 4-stage filter system to several archives and museums, to remove fungi, fine particles and harmful acid gas from the air. Our filters meet the most stringent requirements and have been approved by TNO, as they maintain a level below the maximum permitted pollution rate of 40 Angstroms per 30 days.
