Application of Allsorb Mobile Spot Extraction Systems

The Allsorb mobile spot extraction systems from the ABF, ALN, and AGL series are extremely suitable for extracting annoying and harmful vapors, smoke, and substances at the source. Examples include:

- Extracting glue vapors / moist dust;
- Extracting harmful vapors/gases in laboratories;
- Extracting harmful vapors during soldering;
- Extracting smoke during laser processing (compact lasers);
- Extracting fine dust and microorganisms;
- Restoration work;
- Cosmetic procedures;
- Worktable extraction.

Operating Principle of Spot Extraction and Filtration System

The polluted air is extracted at the source and guided through the extraction hood and arm to the filter. The filters then effectively capture the extracted fine dust and/or bacteria and/or gas particles. An M5 or F7 filter is used for capturing fine dust, and an H13 HEPA filter is used for capturing ultrafine dust and bacteria. For capturing gases, we have a wide range of activated carbon filters and chemical filters in our program to always optimally capture harmful gases. The air is so clean after filtration that it can be blown back into the room. Recirculating the extracted air is a way to easily reduce energy costs. If desired, it is also possible to emit the extracted air outside.

Modular Construction

Our spot extraction systems have a compact, modular design. The modular design ensures that the construction of the filtration stages can be fully adapted to the application.

Dust and gas filtration stages such as HEPA filters or carbon filters can be added or removed as needed.

An additional advantage of the modular design is that in case of service, only the defective motor module, not the entire system, needs to be examined. A replacement module can be provided during the repair period. This reduces the costs of potential production downtimes. Thanks to the modular construction and egg crate closure, filters can be replaced easily and safely in-house.
