Air treatment units for data centres

Data centres are facilities with mission-critical IT equipment: servers. Universities are also often equipped with data centres as they require significant computing power for scientific calculations, among other things.

Most of these centres are situated in an industrial environment, with increased risk of air pollution. Corrosion from acidic gases such as NOx, SO2, NH3 can therefore be a problem for data centres. Corrosion on the printed circuit boards can cause hardware failure, for example.

An air purification system is therefore often needed to guarantee operational reliability. It is important to guarantee assured continuity, especially for data centres making their services and equipment available to others.
